Shortcut Keys

Keyboard shortcuts are keys or combinations of keys that provide an alternate way to do something you’d typically do with a mouse. Keyboard shortcuts let you do things without having to move your hands from the keyboard.

CTRL and CTRL: Select the text you want to copy and press CTRL. Place your cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press CTRL.

Select All & Save: Selecting all means selecting all text, files, or other objects currently listed or displayed. In most programs, pressing Ctrl + A or Ctrl + S is a shortcut key often used to save changes to a file. Also referred to as Control S.

CTRL +Z: To undo an action, press Ctrl +Z. If you prefer your mouse, click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar. You can press Undo (or CTRL+Z) repeatedly if you want to undo multiple steps.
