Lecture 7 – Google Sheets
Google Sheets is a web-based application that enables users to create, update and modify spreadsheets and share the data online in real time. Google’s product offers typical spreadsheet features, such as the ability to add, delete and sort rows and columns.
Common steps are to open Google chrome on your mobile phone.
Step 1: Click on app launcher and then select Sheets.
Step 2: Select Drive to proceed.
Step 3: Click on add button “+”.
Step 4: Install the App and Open it.

Step 6: Once Opened Click on add button “+”.
Step 7: Choose “New spreadsheet”.
Step 8: Click on “+” to add new Tab.
Step 9: Choose the Cell you wish to work and keep the cursor on the text box.
Step 10: Type on the text box to write on the cells.
Step 11: On the text box type “=sum”.
Step 12: Formula for Sum is =sum().
Step 13: Select the cells you wish to add.
Step 14: To add graph click on “+”.
