Outlook for Android
Outlook is an email client app from Microsoft. You can send and receive emails, Manage your calendar. It is integrated with Microsoft office apps, files and teams. You can plan meetings, check availability and share your calendar.
Here are the steps to use Outlook: –
Step 1: – Open Microsoft apps and click on Outlook.
Step 2:– Type your username and password to login . Once you are logged into your account , you will see the options Mail, Search and calendar. When you click on mail option it will show your Inbox where you will find all your emails received from your contacts.
Step 3: – Click Here and it will show all your folders including, inbox, sent items, drafts, the deleted mails etc.
Step 4: – Click on these options to compose a new mail.
Step 5: –Once you click compose, you will need to write the email address of the person you want to send the mail in Option To. In the subject option write the subject of the mail.
Step 6: – Here you can see the options to attach some file or image to your mail. You can also change or highlight the text here.
Step 7: – By clicking on Search option you can search for old emails or files by typing the subject here or the name of the file.
Step 8: – Click on the Calendar and you can see the events for the day. If you have any meetings planned, you can check here.
Step 9: – Click on the + sign to create the event.
Step 10: – Type the Title of the meeting/ event here.
Step 11: – Here you type the email address of the people you want to include in the meeting.
Step 12: – Here you can set the date and time for the event or meeting.
Step 13: – You can add the location of the event.
Step 14: – Alert will give you notification / reminder 15 minutes before the scheduled event/meeting.
