Lecture 4 – One Drive
One Drive is a Cloud-based file storage and sharing tool. You are able to access it from anywhere that you’ve an internet connection.
Create or Upload files and folders: You can create a new files and folders or upload existing files from your device.
- Select Upload> Files.
Sharing Files:
One Drive allows you to share your files and folders, your files and folders are private unitl you share it with others. You can stop sharing them whenever you want.
Copy link: You can also share a file by copying the link and pasting it, for that you just have to select Copy Link. Once you’ve copied the link type your message below and you can send it.
- From here you can look into your files.
- You can check you recent files you’ve used.
- You can access the file or the folders shared by you or others.
- If you have deleted any file or folder it will automatically goes in your recycle bin and you can also retrieve it when ever it is required.
- If you want to create any new file like a document or presentation you can click here and choose accordingly.
- If you want to upload any file or folder, you have to click here and upload it from your device.
- From here you can directly access to your files.
