Lecture 4 – One Drive

One Drive for Android:-

As you have covered in the previous training sessions,OneDrive is a storage tool provided by Microsoft .Here you can store your data on cloud. To use the OneDrive here are the steps: –

Step 1: – Open Microsoft apps on your phone and click on One Drive option.

Step 2: – Type your registered email address and password to log in.

Step 3: – Once you are logged in. you will see the options- Home, Files, shared, Libraries and Me.

Step 4: – Click on option Shared and you will see the files which are shared with you.

Step 5: – Click on Option Me and you will be able to view your profile, Photos, Check the files which are available offline, recycle bin. You can change the setting for you accounts or you can log out from your account.

Step 6: – Click on Files option and you will see all your files listed.

Step 7: – Click on the + sign and you will see the option to Create new folder, upload a document to drive, scan a document or create a word file or a power point presentation.

Step 8: – You can search for your files. Type the name of the file you wish to search for example if you type productive paths on the search bar it will open all the files related to productive paths. example shown below.
