Power Point for Android: –
Step 1: – Open Microsoft Suite on your mobile and click on Office.
Step 2: – Click on the + Sign to select.
Step 3: – Select Power Point.
Step 4: – Click on Blank Presentation to open the slide.
Step 5: – New blank slide will open and marked above are the options you can choose.
Step 6: – Here you can find the options.
Step 7: – When you select Layouts, it will give you samples which you can choose for your slides.
Step 8: – In Home you will find options to make your text bold, underline your text, Select the color for the fonts etc.
Step 9: – In Insert option you will be able to add new slide to your presentation, you can add table, add pictures, audio or videos etc.
Step 10: – In Design option you can choose the theme for your presentation, select size of your slide Choose background for the slides.
Step 11: – In this option you can add animations and effects to your slide.
Step 12: – If you have more slides, you can run your slides as a slideshow using this option. You can play it from the 1st slide, or you can play the slideshow from a particular slide.
Step 13: – With this option you can add Different shapes to your slide, fill color to your slides, and outline the slide etc.
Step 14: – You can save your presentation to your device; you can also share it with your contacts.
Step 15: – You can share the file via email, and you can set the permissions whether the person you are sending the file can edit the file also or you can just give viewing option.
