3.2 How to create a presentation?
In order to create a presentation follow the steps below:
- Open PowerPoint and the click on the blank presentation.
2. By default there’ll be a blank slide.
3. If you want to add new slides you can click here.
4. Here we’ve selected a blank slide. If you want to type something you can select a text box.
5. Click here and hit enter, a new slide will be added to your presentation. Likewise you can select as many slides you want to add.
6. Click here if you want to select the layouts.
7. Click on insert tab if you want to add any pictures, screenshot, table, shapes, charts, etc.
To Save the presentation :
- Create a presentation and go to
on the left edge of the screen.
2. Click on Save As and choose your location to save your presentation.
4. Then enter the name you want gives to your presentation.
5. Click on save and your file will be saved.
Ctrl+S is the shortcut to save the document.
