Excel Using Phone
Step 1: – Open Microsoft Apps on your phone.
Step 2: – Click on the Office.
Step 3: – Click on the + sign.
Step4: – Click on Excel to open an excel sheet.
Step5: – Click on Blank Sheet and it will open a blank excel sheet you can work on.
Step6: – This is called a column.
Step 7: – This is called a row.
Step 8: – This is called a cell.
Step 9: – click on a cell to work on.
Step 10:- you will see options to make your text bold, Change text colour etc.
Step 11:- Click here and you will find the options home, Insert, formulas etc.
Step 12:- Click Insert and you will find the options to insert tables, pictures, shapes, text boxes etc.
Step 13:- For sample you can track your daily expenses by making an excel sheet for your daily spending and calculate at the end of the month and make your budget accordingly.
Step 14:- You can put formulas to do auto calculations for example select the column of the payments you made and click AutoSum and it will calculate and give you the total amount.
Step 15:- click Insert and you can insert tables, pictures, shapes, text boxes etc.
Step 16:- click Borders and you can add borders to the selected cells, columns and rows. You can choose the style of lines and colours also.
Step 17:- Click Font size and you can increase of decrease the size of your text.
Step 18:- You can change the colour of your text.
Step 19:- You can add colour to a cell of column.
Step 20:- You can share the file with people. Click here and type the email address of the person you wish to share the file with.
Step 21:- You can restrict whether the person you are sharing the sheet can edit the file or just view the file.
