Step 1 – Check if the Wi-Fi is turned on in the settings.
Step 2 – Check whether the device is connected to your Wi-Fi or not.
Step 3 – If not connected to the Wi-Fi & signal is not visible check the power of your Wi-Fi router.
Step 4 – If power is fine, check if the Main Cable is connected to the router.
Step 5 – Once you have checked all the powers and cable, reboot your router.
Step 6 – If the problem is still remains, contact your tech support.
